  1. Step 1: 1. Install MediTrak

Download the installer from the download page and open it. MediTrak installs and opens on its own. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, choose More info, then Run anyway.

  2. Step 2: 2. Sign in with Google

Choose Sign in with Google. MediTrak opens a tab in your browser. Sign in to your Google account and allow access to verify your practice license.

  3. Step 3: 3. Set up your letterhead and languages

Open Profile. Enter your doctor name, specialty, clinic address and phone. Turn on bilingual letterheads if you prescribe in Arabic and French or English.

  4. Step 4: 4. Add a patient

Type a name, phone number or national ID to search or create a new patient file. The search is instant and completely offline.

  5. Step 5: 5. Write a consultation & print

Enter reason for visit, diagnosis and prescribed medications. Choose from 15 bilingual letterheads and print on your clinic printer or export to PDF.

  6. Step 6: 6. Keep your records safe

Export your database anytime from Data & backups. On Pro and Lifetime plans, connect your Google Drive for automatic encrypted hourly or daily cloud backups.
