Windows says it protected my PC. Is the installer safe?

Windows shows this warning for newly released software until it builds download reputation with Microsoft SmartScreen. Download MediTrak only from this official website, then choose “More info” and “Run anyway”. The installer contains zero bloatware or adware.

Does MediTrak need an active internet connection?

No. MediTrak is local-first. You only need internet to sign in the first time and to receive software updates. Daily patient visits, record searches, and printing prescriptions work 100% offline.

Can I use MediTrak on two clinic computers?

Yes. Sign in with the same Google account on both computers. Records can be moved anytime with a single-file .meditrak export, or synced automatically with Google Drive cloud backups on the Pro plan.

How do software updates work?

MediTrak checks for updates automatically in the background. When an update is ready, a notification appears offering a one-click restart. Your local patient database and settings are always safely preserved across updates.
